In addition to Swedroe’s expertise in developing highly livable floor plans are the many innovations he and his team introduce to their buildings. A prime example at Trump Hollywood is eight “service suites.” Resembling studio apartments replete with kitchen, laundry, and full bath, they can only be purchased by unit owners. Six of the eight suites enjoy angled views of the ocean while the other two see the sunsets. Owners can use them as remote offices or art studios, guest or owner’s staff quarters.

A glimpse at architect Robert Swedroe’s vision behind the unique design of Trump Hollywood’s luxury Florida homes

Robert Swedroe Architects raised the bar sky high with their design of the sensational Trump Hollywood Sky Residences in Hollywood, Florida.
It’s not as if the architect of Trump Hollywood is a stranger to luxury, waterfront, high-rise design. The venerable Robert Swedroe has to his credit over 115 designed, built, and occupied residential buildings, the majority of which are luxury Florida homes. Nonetheless, the architectural program for the Trump Hollywood building set forth by the developers included a multitude of taxing requirements that overshadowed those of many of the architect firm’s former buildings.
