Sales are Soaring at Trump Hollywood
August 1st, 2011
Trump Hollywood, the luxury high-rise oceanfront condominium, has experienced tremendous sales success since its relaunch earlier this year.
The 41-story glass tower was acquired in late 2010 by BH3, a successful South Florida-based real estate firm, and King Street Capital, a $20 billion New York-based global alternative investment management firm. Supported by The Related Group and Fortune Development Sales, the new team has updated pricing on all the residences and generated more than $100 million in sales in 2011 alone.
“The sales results – and general excitement for the property – have exceeded our expectations,” said BH3 Partner Charles Phelan.
Particularly impressive is that approximately 35% of the sales were referred by Trump Hollywood buyers. For example, resident Harry Polsky recently learned his friend, Henry Lew, a building contractor, was considering purchasing a South Florida condo residence.
“He said he was looking at buildings in Sunny Isles and Miami Beach and I told him he’d be remiss if he didn’t check out Trump Hollywood,” Polsky explained. “The amenities, service and pricing are the best in the market.”
Lew heeded his friend’s advice and purchased a residence on the 8th floor.
Highlighted by innovative architecture and unparalleled amenities, Trump Hollywood was masterfully conceived and impeccably realized. Now, the tower, fronting 240 feet of pristine beachfront, features irresistibly priced residences with stunning Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and city views.
Trump Hollywood’s gleaming floor-to-ceiling windows and curved exterior were designed by the celebrated Robert M. Swedroe, who won the “Building of America” award for the tower’s innovative architecture. World-renowned interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg provided Trump Hollywood with a modern twist on classic Miami.
Trump Hollywood features two-, three-, and five-bedroom residences from 2,100 to more than 5,000 square feet, plus expansive terraces. Two exclusive bi-level penthouse residences on the tower’s 41st floor encompass nearly 9,000 square feet.
Amenities include a wine cellar and tasting salon; cigar room; interactive club room; library/private dining area ideal for board meetings, conferences and private dinners; elevated pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; and 4,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art spa and fitness center featuring a yoga studio and treatment rooms.
Trump Hollywood residences are now priced from over $700,000 to over $6 million. A sales center and designer models by Interiors by Steven G are open daily on property – 2711 South Ocean Drive. Sales at Trump Hollywood are by Related Realty in collaboration with Fortune Development Sales.

Trump Hollywood’s spectacular Florida model vacation homes from the award-winning Interiors by Steven G continue to be in great demand. In fact, the designer recently completed a magnificent new “Sky Residence” after his initial model, along with several other Steven G custom residences, was sold.
The new 5,000+-square-foot Sky Residence, located on the 36th floor, is designed for those desiring the spaciousness of a private home and the luxury lifestyle of a turnkey condominium. The design palate, focusing on earth tones and rich, deep woods, is offset by an elegant travertine marble floor with unique tones of aqua and taupe. All the furniture was custom made for the residence, and a working fireplace in the living room sets a warm mood that is accentuated by magnificent Atlantic Ocean views.
“These spectacular model residences not only provide a turnkey lifestyle for select buyers,” said Greg Freedman, partner in BH3, the new owners of Trump Hollywood. “They assist all our residents in visualizing the incredible potential of their expansive new condominium home.”
Trump Hollywood owners are now able to bring Steven G’s spectacular designs into their own residences. Trump Hollywood recently opened an exclusive Interiors by Steven G design center in Unit #502. There, buyers will discover special pricing on exceptional flooring, painting, doors, closets, window treatments, lighting and wall finish.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (July 11, 2011) – Trump Hollywood, the newest luxury oceanfront condominium in Hollywood Beach, Fla., has surpassed $100 million in sales since its January re-launch.
Greg Freedman, partner in BH III LLC (“BH3”), the property’s new owner and developer, said 36 of the 61 residences sold at Trump Hollywood in 2011 already have closed, with several more closings scheduled throughout July and August. HOLLYWOOD, FL – Donald Trump and more than 800 guests recently attended the lavish relaunch party for Trump Hollywood, the luxury oceanfront condominium located on Hollywood Beach, named one of the five best beaches in the United States by Travel & Leisure magazine.
Gregory Freedman, Daniel Lebensohn and Charles Phelan of BH III LLC, the new owners and developers of Trump Hollywood, were honored by Trump’s attendance.
Phenomenal Florida homes on the water
Trump called the event “a fantastic relaunch for a phenomenal building on the ocean,” and mingled with numerous VIP guests, including CEO and Founder of The Related Group Jorge Pérez and Fortune International President Edgardo Defortuna.
“Trump Hollywood far exceeds the traditional definition of luxury, and I couldn’t think of a more appropriate way to celebrate the relaunch of one of the most prideful development accomplishments of my career,” said Pérez.
Upon arrival, party-goers marveled at the latest in luxurious sports cars from Jaguar while models wearing exquisite jewels from the Ivanka Trump Collection at Neiman Marcus BAL HARBOUR mingled with guests.
Guests were awed by three spectacular model Florida luxury homes designed by Interiors by Steven G. “The people that came to the party and had the chance to tour the model units and amenities were all saying that they had no idea how fantastic the residences and ocean views really are,” Defortuna said.
Highlighting the various amenities Trump Hollywood offers on its mezzanine level, a cigar roller provided hand-rolled cigars to guests in the Cigar Room, while sommeliers presented a wine tasting in the Wine Cellar and Tasting Salon. Outside on the expansive pool deck, a five-piece jazz band entertained guests as they enjoyed an elegant raw bar and sushi display complete with sushi chefs creating custom-made rolls. Weekend stays at Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago, Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas and a foursome at Trump International Golf Club at Mar a Lago were raffled off to three lucky winners.
BH III LLC presented a $10,000 donation to the American Red Cross on behalf of Trump Hollywood.
“Few oceanfront developments can match the value and luxury of Trump Hollywood,” Freedman said. “The crowd in attendance represented people with the most discerning tastes and Trump Hollywood exceeds all such expectations.”
