Opulent Spaces Abound at Trump Hollywood
Trump Hollywood features remarkable interiors of both the common spaces designed by Yabu Pushelberg and model residences from Interiors by Steven G. The resulting ambiance conveys a subtle elegance blended with an innovative appeal that is appreciated by all who reside there.
First Impressions
“The inspiration and intention for the lobby was to create a public space like that of a 5-star hotel,” explains Glenn Pushelberg, Partner of Yabu Pushelberg.
The space showcases an overall warm ambiance with elements such as modern furniture, marble flooring, wool carpets and bronze metal and antique mirror screens that soar above to the mezzanine. At the center is a quartet of 11-to-18-foot tall polished stainless steel sculptures entitled “The Reflective Forest” created by Japanese artist Sawada Hirotoshi.
Another impressive abstract metal sculpture, created by Damon Hyldreth, rests in an infinity-edge reflecting pool. “We commissioned special pieces from artists and artisans that were included as an integral part of the design, not an afterthought,” adds Pushelberg.
Residences
With a total of 200 expansive residences, each with private elevator access and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for spectacular ocean, Intracoastal and city views, owners have the option of creating custom-designed spaces with the assistance of Interiors by Steven G.
The large residences can be delivered in three forms: decorator ready, background complete (that includes finished floors, closets, window treatments) or completely furnished.
Most recently, Interiors by Steven G. opened a Design Center within the tower to enable residents to “touch and feel” the myriad of high-quality options available including flooring, lighting, doors, closets, wall finishes, furniture selections and much more.
Wellness & Recreation

A 4,000 square foot spa and fitness center was designed to energize and invigorate.
With a serene water-wall at the entrance and large photomural of a woman swimming by Barbara Cole to greet everyone, the fitness center is an ideal space for residents to enjoy the functional use of amenities.
Amenities include the yoga studio, cardio area, weight-room, treatment rooms as well as men’s and women’s locker facilities that include sauna and steam rooms.
Recreation
Adjacent to the lobby is a clubroom and interactive game room, library with catering kitchen, and screening room. The interactive game room features warm decor accented by custom sofas, dark oak floors and a beveled Cipollino marble fireplace.
An inviting bar made of the same Cipollino marble, as well as a billiard table and flat screen television completes the clubroom. The library, which can also be used as a private dining area, is ideal for lounging or entertaining.
The library includes a hidden, fully equipped Italian kitchen with Miele appliances and Sub-zero refrigerators that can be used for catered events. Beyond the library is an 11-seat theater ideal for watching movies or sporting events.
Mezzanine Level
On the mezzanine level is a cigar lounge, an elegantly designed wine cellar and tasting salon, as well as a breakfast café.
The handsome cigar lounge is complete with private humidors, sumptuous upholstered seating and serene views of the pool deck and ocean. Wine connoisseurs will appreciate the well-designed wine cellar that includes individual lockers and a walnut trunk wine-tasting table in the center designed by artisan John Houshmand.
In the breakfast café, residents can enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean while reading a magazine or newspaper, or watching the plasma screen TV – all while indulging in fresh bagels, muffins, coffee or tea, which is provided by the building daily.
Outdoors
Trump Hollywood showcases an elevated pool-deck where residents can enjoy the views of the ocean. Private cabanas are located on three levels: the pool deck, a mid-level, and on the Beach.
Yabu Pushelberg also incorporated water features that begin in the lobby with the reflecting pool and continue outside, creating an unbroken line of water that streams from the lobby to the pool deck and beyond to the ocean.

The 2011 Trump Hollywood Resident’s Holiday PartyFebruary 14th, 2012

A Festive Holiday Affair
On the warm South Florida evening of December 15th, the residents of Trump Hollywood and their friends gathered together in the clubroom to celebrate the festive holiday season. Joined by the BH3 development team of Greg Freedman, Daniel Lebensohn and Charles Phelan, guests enjoyed music, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres created by Chef Sandra and Chef Stuart.
Owners also had the opportunity to experience the amenity spaces to the fullest with a tobacco expert rolling complimentary cigars in the cigar lounge, wine connoisseur and tastings in the wine salon, and a delicious candy station created by Epicure in the Sunrise Breakfast Café.
As a special gift from the Developers, owners received an iTouch linked to the Trump Hollywood Techcierge App, available at the Apple Store and the Android Market (and soon available for the Blackberry). Using a Variety of Lighting to Create Ambiance
Esteemed interior designer Steven G. Shares How
Last week, we shared with you tips for designing your luxury home to be more guest-friendly. Now, we want to divulge one more suggestion for making your residence an absolute showstopper!
One of the most overlooked design elements is lighting. It’s easy to focus on the fun design aspects such as textiles, paint techniques, and accessorizing. However, none of that will be properly displayed without the right lighting.
Distinguished interior designer Steven G. offers us this thought-provoking design advice about the importance of properly using architectural lighting in your residence. Consider these three fundamental aspects when coming up with a plan for your home:
- Aesthetic appeal: you should determine which of your lighting pieces will be used as a statement piece verses those which will have more of a background effect.
- Functionality: lighting design isn’t just about looks; it must also serve a purpose. It’s important to choose lighting that is appropriate for both day and nighttime needs.
- Energy Efficient: it is important to use the right balance of lighting to ensure your home is well lit without wasting extra energy with over-illumination. Choosing the right source and right bulb to use in that source could save a lot of energy throughout the year.
As seen in the picture above, the thoughtful combination of three different lighting types (fireplace, recessed lighting and the chandelier) creates a dimension in your design which can evoke a variety of moods.
Have more questions or need help with your lighting needs? Stop by our Design Center! You can also discuss all of your questions on a tour with one of our sales agents. Either way, we’d love to hear from you. Contact us at (866) 382-2495 or come find us on Facebook and Twitter today.
More Luxury, More Space, More Value at Trump HollywoodFebruary 8th, 2012

The Extravagant Value of Trump Hollywood
Other South Florida Properties Can’t Compare.
Trump Hollywood was designed and built for those who wanted the best at any price. Today, even the most affluent buyers are looking, first and foremost, for value. Just two miles north of Sunny Isles Beach and five miles north of Bal Harbour, Trump Hollywood offers the most luxurious oceanfront living in South Florida, with generously-sized residences, opulent finishes and spectacular amenities, all at a price 35 to 50% less per square foot than at other, comparable luxury oceanfront condominiums.
At Trump Hollywood, oceanfront living costs just $505 per square foot on average. Compare this to the average price per square foot for luxury oceanfront condominiums in these neighboring areas:
| Sunny Isles (existing developments): | $700 to $1,050 per square foot |
| Sunny Isles (upcoming developments): | $1,000+ per square foot |
| Bal Harbour: | $850 to $1,400 per square foot |
The incomparable mix of luxury and value in an ideal location that is central to Miami and Fort Lauderdale while being situated in a private enclave, has resonated with buyers around the globe, resulting in a remarkable 120 sales in 2011, totaling $176 million, to buyers from 18 different countries.
We are pleased to announce that Trump Hollywood has just received Fannie Mae approval, making it even easier to acquire a residence. This, in addition to a homeowners’ association with reserves at nearly $2 million (making it the most financially stable condominium in South Florida), helps account for the building’s spectacular success.
Trump Hollywood’s remaining residences are priced from $1.5 million to $2 million and range in size from 3,100 to 3,400 square feet.

Downtown Miami Just Got ‘Lucky’ With This HangoutFebruary 2nd, 2012
The Lucky Clover Irish Pub
The latest addition to Downtown Miami, The Lucky Clover Irish Pub, diverges from the typical lounge-scene of Miami with its distinctive concept and design. Sprawling across 10,000 square feet throughout two levels of the Axis in Brickell, this Dublin-esque pub leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to the exceptional décor and delectable eats.
As I took my seat in one of the welcoming leather booths I couldn’t help being entranced by an eclectic assortment of things to look at. The collection of sights ranging from paintings of the Irish countryside engulfed in ornate gold frames, antique mirrors, vintage advertisements, and hundreds of old period photos creates a vibe that is both elegant and comfortable. The Spanish-based design firm, Retromania, certainly left no detail unnoticed while designing this trendy new pub.
Whether you are coming here for the pub-grub, the weekly happy hour, or the live entertainment, the wonderful atmosphere of this new eatery is undeniable.
On the Menu
With a menu this mouth-watering, it was hard for me to choose from all of the tasty eats. After gazing over the selections, I just couldn’t decide between two of the appetizers- so I didn’t! The “Lucky Sliders” definitely stayed true to their name; they were a perfectly fortunate combination of caramelized onions, brie cheese, and chipotle mayo piled on top of an Angus beef patty. I also couldn’t resist the “Steak Tid Bits” served with Guinness BBQ sauce for dipping and garlic cheesy bread. There was more than enough for my entire table to share!
For my meal, I chose to go with some of the more conventional Irish fair and opted for the corned beef sandwich. Lucky Clover’s standard combination of spicy mustard, sauerkraut, and provolone cheese on rye bread proves that you don’t have to mess with tradition.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for a traditional Irish experience, the Lucky Clover provides a unique and unforgettable time… without the cost of the plane ticket!

Design Your Luxury Residence To Be Guest-Friendly
Award-winning interior designer Steven G. shares how
Owning a residence inside Trump Hollywood means you have a perfect space to host guests. With plenty of room, including a large terrace and beautiful views, who wouldn’t want to have company over for a nice evening of wining and dining?
Continuing our series of interior design tips, we’d like to remind you that as you design your home, keep in mind that the living area will probably occupy plenty of people besides yourself. Here are a few simple steps you can take to make sure your home is always ready to accommodate family and friends.
- Be proactive by ensuring that the flooring in your place can be easily cleaned and maintained. This makes cleaning up after parties much easier. Make sure the flooring you choose does not stain easily!
- Often times, the powder room in your home is not regarded as high on the priority list when it comes to decoration. However, remember that this is the bathroom that your guests will be using, so make sure you add some personal touches to jazz it up.
- When decorating your powder room, have some fun with it! You live in sunny Florida, so one idea may be to incorporate a fun bright color or pattern that goes along well with the tropical theme.
- Consider using various wall treatments like those shown in the photo above to add much more dimension to a small room.

Trump Hollywood is the Most Financially Stable Condominium in South FloridaJanuary 26th, 2012
Approximately $2 Million in budget surplus and working capital
with zero foreclosure
Trump Hollywood – A Bright Future Secured by Solid Financials
In today’s tumultuous market, it pays to reside in a building with a well-funded homeowners’ association. Trump Hollywood is the most financially secure luxury condominium in South Florida with approximately $2 million in budget surplus and working capital.
Additionally, there are currently zero foreclosures or short-sales in the building as a result of the well-heeled pedigree of purchasers to date, many of which have paid cash for their residences. Buyers who finance their purchase benefit from Trump Hollywood’s Fannie-Mae approval.
A homeowners’ association with a healthy balance sheet is reassuring to all purchasers, as it provides comfort and assurance that maintenance dues should remain stable.
BH3 & King Street Capital, the owners of Trump Hollywood wanted to ensure that the Homeowners’ Association was healthy and took voluntary steps to adequately fund the budget surplus at the time they took ownership in late 2010.

Trump Hollywood’s Pristine Location on Hollywood BeachJanuary 26th, 2012

Trump Hollywood Overlooks ‘Blue Wave Certified’ Beach
Trump Hollywood’s luxury residences are located on one of the nation’s cleanest and most celebrated beaches.
For the last decade, Hollywood Beach has been considered one of the cleanest beaches in South Florida, and rated as one of Florida’s six “Blue Wave Beaches” as certified by the Clean Beaches Council. Hollywood Beach is also one of the cleanest, safest and environmentally friendly beaches in the country, according to Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau.
The Beach Life
Whether you’re feeling active or just looking to relax, Hollywood Beach is also home to the thriving Hollywood Broadwalk, the only boardwalk on Florida’s East Coast. The gorgeous expanse runs more than two miles up and down the Golden Coast.
Take a stroll, bike or jog down the boardwalk overlooking pristine waters. If you’re feeling tired from all the activity, grab a snack and relax at one of the Broadwalk’s many alfresco restaurants. Feel free to bring your four-legged friend along as well. It’s only appropriate, considering the Hollywood hit “Marley & Me” was filmed around the dog-friendly areas of the beach.
Just ask our residents. They can’t get enough of Trump Hollywood’s 240-foot stretch along the beach.

Designing Your Trump Hollywood Luxury ResidenceJanuary 19th, 2012

Make The Most Out Of Your Residence’s View
Award-winning interior designer Steven G. shares how
While the benefits of owning a residence at Trump Hollywood are endless, a favorite amongst the all the residences are the magnificent views each home offers. Just sit back and take in the scenery of the pristine, clear water of Hollywood Beach, right from the comfort of your own bed.
In our previous installment of design tips, we discussed how to decorate your Trump Hollywood balcony. Now, we focus on how to design your luxury beachfront residence without eliminating those gorgeous views. Some suggestions courtesy of award-winning interior designer, Steven G:
- Remember: You don’t want to block that gorgeous view. Because one or more of your walls might be floor-to-ceiling windows, it may make rearranging your furniture a bit more difficult. While positioning everything, keep those views open with smaller furniture like tables, nightstands or ottomans.
- Make it easier to take in the stunning ocean view by installing electric shades. These shades will allow you to raise your curtains in the morning without having to leave your bed. Imagine being able to watch the magnificent sunrise without having to move an inch from under your covers!
We hope you’ll try out these helpful suggestions when designing your residence at Trump Hollywood. Check back next week for more tips from Steven G, and don’t forget to stop by the Trump Hollywood Design Center for even more great advice.
